- Our training is designed to be enjoyable.
- Since most courses run outside of office hours (which
are times when staff naturally experience 'lows' of fatigue),
we see it as our job to pick up the tempo and create an
enthusiastic environment.
- We aim to give students the tools to experiment with
concepts in a way which is structured yet not inhibiting.
- While we know that enthusiasm and energy are part of
the key, we still keep a firm eye on deadlines, the submission
of assignments, and attendance (all attendance records
- and reasons for any absence - are included in our monthly
reports to HR departments).
